Monthly Meat Box Subscription
A constant variety of our chicken and beef. Farmer's choice picked each month. You are free to skip a month or cancel at anytime. Subscribing to this allows you to add on an egg subscription as well! When we pack the monthly boxes we are sure to put really good items in it to keep customers happy and coming back. It varies of course, but it will include a premium chicken item or two, and things like ground beef, hamburger patties, steaks, stew/kabob meat, and so on. The biggest thing that we pay attention to is that you receive a roughly 15% higher dollar value worth of products than you paid for on that months subscription. In addition, of course, you also get the free delivery!
100% Grass fed Beef
Premium 100% grass fed black angus beef, raised on chemical free pasture and hay. Vaccinations, antibiotics and growth stimulants are never administered on our Illinois family farm. This product is pure, great tasting, nutrient dense and raised on our farm to our extremely high standards. Our beef is high in Omega-3 fats (the good ones) and low in Omega-6 (the bad ones).
Pasture Raised Chicken
Completely free roaming chickens pecking and scratching and engaging in natural foraging is what leads to our high quality meat birds. This way of pastured poultry is not only a more humane and sustainable way of farming but it also produces a more flavorful and better textured bird for our customers.
Pasture Raised Brown Eggs
Free roaming and pasture raised chickens pecking and scratching and engaging in natural foraging is what produces the deeper darker yolk full of vitamins and nutrients. Our Illinois family farm pastured eggs are rich in folate and B12 and have less fat and cholesterol than cage raised.
Garden Produce
As the seasons change our offerings vary. We offer clean and natural produce, grown without herbicides or pesticides and fertilized with natural compost. We use mulching to control weeds and minimal soil disturbance practices to give our produce their exquisite natural flavors.
